Can't open the game

I thought that with the release of 1.14 that this issue would get fixed, but it seems to have been ignored,

On a user profile that has a Nintendo Account linked to it the game does not open, it sticks on a black screen for a long time then just crashes

The game opens just fine on profiles that don't have a Nintendo Account linked, but then I can't play online
