Microsoft Account

I've connected my Microsoft account to my ps4, but it still won't sign in saying 'We tried to sign you in to your Microsoft Account, but something went wrong.' Then I'd I try to clear account sign in data it doesn't do anything. I've tried reinstalling the game and I'm still getting the same situation.
