PET OWNERSHIP BUG- Bedrock

Anytime the game crashes, pets that I have tamed are no longer my pets. I can't stand them up or sit them down. I can't even tame them. I know for a fact that it is not just me experiencing this bug.  I am using the Windows 10 version of Bedrock.
