Named tropical fish from 1.13 now doing endlessly on the floor of the aquarium.

Fish that were named in 1.13 now are spinning endlessly on the bottom of their swim area. They stutter-stop here and there but all spin mostly in unison, except some spin clockwise and others counterclockwise. Each fish is centered perfectly in one block.
