Purchased Skins Not Loading Properly

After converting to Minecraft: Bedrock on the PS4, previous purchased skins are unable to load (via from PlayStation store). Upon trying to equip the skins in Minecraft: Bedrock, it just tells me to buy the skin again. This also applies to gamesharing as well.
