Smooth Quartz Texture incorrect

With each release for at least a year now I have been looking forward to seeing the Smooth Quartz block texture fixed to the correct smooth quartz texture. With the release of 1.14 today I am still seeing a normal quartz block instead of a smooth quartz block.

How to recreate? (creative) open inventory, select smooth quartz block
