Can't associate microsoft account with PS network

I updated minecraft ps4 edition to bedrock on my ps4

I then proceeded to associate my microsoft account as instructed.

After going to the stated URL on my web browser and entering the code, I waited a few seconds then got the message (see attachment)

Attached a video also showing issue (i've trimmed the clip during the activation to keep the file size small)

I would rather reach out to support to get this fixed but i'm unsure of who to reach out to

I have not assoicated this in the past (I dont even think you could do this before bedrock on ps4???)

I need to be able to associate my microsoft account so that i can use the same account I use on iOS
