Water physics are a bit buggy in 1.13.1

when generating lava and water, the liquid doesn’t generate fully,

as in it doesn’t flow to the maximum 7 blocks’s, this can cause floating 

bodes of lava/water and  even causes lava and water to  Touch without

It turning into obsidian or cobblestone.
