Game doesn't start

Hi,

 

we just bought the game but today it stopped working. After I click exe icon window shows the MOJANG logo and then gets white and stays white... What can I do, I went to reinstall the game but that is virtually impossible on your site...

 

Also, I don't know the Affects Version, nor I know what it is in the first place so I chosed random

Please can you help us!
