Eating animation plays an extra time

This is quite small, and you probably won't notice it if you aren't trying to find it, but when I hold down the button to eat from 3 bars of hunger and don't stop, the eating animation plays another time even thought I am full. I've had this effect with steak, so far, but I am unsure if it affects other foods as well. It doesn't seem to happen from any other level of hunger, either. I tried to get a screenshot, but it was very difficult to get. 

There might have been an update that fixed this, as I didn't see my version on the list, but I can't check for an update right now

Edit: I uploaded my game to 1.14.1.2 Beta and it still does this.
