Glitched water and leaves

I downloaded a resource pack and used it. I was so happy but then I realized that the leaves were no longer see through and the water had a different texture. I then deleted the pack but the effect is still there. How can I get rid of this other than deleting Minecraft? I am pretty sure it affects all my worlds wether it has the resource pack or not. P.S. I used the T.E.A.V.S.R.P. that was recreated for MCPE. The original was made by Element Animation.
