Blocks don’t drop items

When I punched an item frame, my map disappeared and didn’t drop as an item. Again it happened with music discs in item frames, and also when I tried to get them out of the jukebox. Yes, this is Survival. When I mined iron ore, none of the blocks dropped as items. This is super important.
