When I attempt to craft certain things, they do not go into my inventory.

For more specification, lately when I've been trying to craft things, it will disappear. It happened first when I was trying to create hay bales. It then happened later on when I was trying to craft golden apples. I don't know what causes this issue, but it is important. After all, "craft" is literally the second part of the game title.
