Cannot continuously compost blocks in composter by holding down use button

Summary:
Compostable blocks cannot be continuously composted by holding down the use button like with items.

The following blocks are affected:

• Pumpkins
• Melons
• Hay Bales
• Grass Blocks
• Dried Kelp Blocks
• Mushroom Blocks
• Leaves
• Nether Wart Blocks
• Warped Wart Blocks

Cacti do not have this issue.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down a composter
2. Obtain a stack of compostable blocks
3. Hold down the use button while looking at the composter

Observed Results:
Blocks cannot be continuously composted by holding down the use button.

Expected Results:
Holding down the use button should continuously compost blocks.
