The app keeps crashing everytime I open it

The minecraft app was working fine.  Now when I run it, it won't boot past the white splash screen that says "Mojang."  After a while it kicks me back to the iOS desktop.  I have uninstalled it, turned off the device, started it again and reinstalled minecraft but it still won't work.
