Software was closed becuase an error occured

For the past 5 days the game has been randomly crashing, the prompt given to me states as follows "The software was closed becuase an error occured" Along with the crashing, the game takes around 5 minutes to load to the main menu screen. This also began at the same time as the crashing. Please fix these issues. All the best SwiftyLife21
