I’m not able to access if I dont have internet and with mobile data is running really slow, it is just running with wi fi, i’m using Minecraft PE 1.13.3 for iphone XR

I am having problems with initiating the app with phone data, also when initiating the application it was lagging and didn’t let me choose any option, it is working normal if I am connected to wi fi
