Big fps drop when there are items in the hotbar

When hotbar slots are all empty then the game will be played smoothly but after putting something in a hotbar slot the game witnesses big fps drop.
Example:
When hotbar slots are empty = 60+ fps
After filling the hotbar inventory = 25-40 fps

If it didn't happen then try it on a low or mid range Android device
