My world created with a marketplace template shows up as locked

I bought the Frozen 2 pack in the marketplace and created a world with the template. However, when I select the world it says that I haven't bought the template and prevents me from playing. In addition, I can't use the marketplace and my custom characters won't load. I have attached the message I received telling me about the error in my account.
