Purchased coins but they don’t show up

Not sure on Edition as we couldn’t find that info.  Used to be called Pocket Edition, and it’s played on an iPad.  Bought coins 5 days ago, and the transaction didn’t appear to go through, however, we have been charged and have a receipt from Apple.  Can’t use Marketplace at all now due to Error Number -2
