Random Crashes on Windows 10

There seems to be a bug in 1.13.1 that is affecting me on Windows 10. I randomly get crashes every 5-20 minutes of playing for seemingly no reason. It happens particularly often when I'm playing PvP type gamemodes on multiplayer servers where I'm clicking very rapidly which leads me to believe it might be connected to that. Hope this will be looked into I've tried everything I could think of to prevent it.
