Dragon Head too low; normal placement
As you can see in the attachment below, the block(mob head) Dragon Head when placed in the world is too low - about a slab when placed on the top of the block, and a 16 bit low when placed on the side of a block. This occurs in all rotations, is un-normal. I am using the old texture pack, the one given for free in marketplace. It would be nice if this could be fixed in a future update.
