Plastic Texture Pack is getting Confused with BMC Pack

Whenever I try to load the Plastic Texture Pack as a global resource onto my realm, it also loads BMC Pack, which overwrites the Plastic Texture Pack.

Image 6: BMC pack is now loaded.

If I just deactivate BMC, it still will load BMC onto the realm. I can only delete the resource pack via cached data. Also, when I click on the store link for the BMC pack, it takes me to the Plastic Texture Pack page.

 

Edit: note that if I only load Plastic Texture Pack for myself and leave the settings at the standard texture pack for the realm, the plastic texture pack does work properly.
