Whenever I upload a skin the left leg of the inner layer will always change to match the right leg without changing the outer layer

When I tried uploading this skin the left leg on the skinny model changes to match the right leg but the thicker model looks fine. The skin was made on the thinner model so I don't know how this could be happening. I also noticed this on the ios version and the bedrock version (same skin) I also tried uploading another skin on both platforms and it did the same thing.
