Sign In and Inventory issues

• Sign in sometimes needs a complete reboot before working. Even loading another game before able to go back and access.
• Bell in inventory can't be moved or selected.
• other items in inventory sometimes cannot be selected. but only temporary lapses of access.
• constantly getting notifications of hot fix on reboot
