Minecraft texture pack (Rainbow craft)

I have recently bought a texture pack from the marketplace on the xbox one. The texture pack is Rainbow Craft  by GoE-Craft. I have activated the texture and I went in my new world and it was just the normal minecraft. I restarted minecraft and tried it again. I tried make new worlds and using old ones and the texture is not working. I dont know what's wrong.
