All of my purchased skins are gone

So recently, there was a bug fix with the Xbox version of the game. I noticed that in the corner when I logged in that my skin had been changed to a default skin so I went to fix it. When I clicked on the owned skin section, the drop down menu showed nothing. All of my purchased skin packs were gone. I also noticed that all of my templates are gone. Please I need this fixed or at least my money back.
