Skin Pack Scam

The skins i purchased are not available anymore, I've tried to load and reload my desired skin from the puchased skin pack but it appears that i need to buy it again and I dont know why. I feel ripped off for buying something that will only make me not have it. I had the skin pack for over 5 or 6 months. The skin pack is called Neon Teens, If i am unable to get it back then can they atleast fully refund my minecoins? I had 1000 and the pack costed 310 so now I have 610. I am still learning to how to use my Xbox so i dont know how to upload the screenshots I took of the situation. So reply back for screenshots if needed.
