bell glitch deleting objects and being stuck in invetory

Im on the most current versio of minecraft and i know this glitchhas already been reported but due to the glitch I have lost over a stack of emeralds and 2 iron pixaxes. The glitch makes it so,you cant place or move a bell from your invetory and,if you tap another object on the bell the item disapears
