Custom Skins won’t work on Minecraft P.E.

When I go to Profile and then go to skins. I go to owned then I go to my camera roll to choose a custom skin. I do that and it works but then when I try and choose a different skin. I only have the choice to choose then new skin with the skinny arms how can I fix that?
