realms crashs every once and a while for all players at once and resets back to the latest backup

every once and a while my realm will kick all players online and set the world save back to the latest backup. I didn't put the operating system or platform because it is happening across many different ones, as far as the platforms I know of there is windows 10 (me), xbox, and mobile.
