[MCPE-57522] Bubble columns in nether have glitched textures

If you do the setblock command to set water and put a soul sand (I don't know if magma does or not) on the bottom of it, then the water that has a bubble column in it appears very glitchy and weird.

Reproduction

use /setblock ~ ~ ~ water/flowing_water ( ice doesn't work anymore)
do it a bunch of times until you have a big column of water
place soul sand under it
voila, you have a glitched water texture!
