Glitches, freezes and shuts down app everytime

Everytime I’ve gotten on the app since I connected to my account all it does is freeze and shut down the app. If I sign out of my account it loads the game than 17 seconds later it glitches and shuts down the app. It does this every time I play doesn’t matter how many time I’ve shut down my iPhone 8, deleted the app and re-downloaded it, or how many times you have updated the app I am frustrated and would like to know why it is doing this.
