Skins are not load.

I always enjoy playing Minecraft, but Minecraft usually don't load skins which were created by player. Is this problem bug ?

Anyway, I can't play JAVA Edition because my parents throw away my computer. So I have no choice but to play Minecraft Bedrock Edition. I want to play JAVA Edition, but I don't have enough money for me to buy a computer.
