Mining a block while swimming/crawling in a 1-block wide horizontal tunnel breaks the block above you instead

While swimming/crawling in a 1-block wide horizontal tunnel, it is impossible to mine any blocks under or horizontally adjacent to the player. Instead, the block above the player is mined regardless of where the player was looking at.
