Technical issue / glitches ongoing

I'm unsure which version it is but I had to make a selection*

I've been having this re-occurring issue with screen glitching and breaking every time I try to open Minecraft.
Restarting my device hasn't solved the issue permanently.

It's been going on for about one and a half weeks, it's causing a great deal of visual discomfort it's quite a violent 'glitch' effect and nothing seems to stop this

*This is also a constant glitch, it has about a half second interval between each 'glitch'
