Minecraft is still crashing

To Mojang or Microsoft
When playing Minecraft the game would freeze and sometimes send me to the xbox home screen. When it does i try to launch the game again but it gives me an error message telling me to restart the console. Once I've restarted the console I launch the game again, i entre my world and fined myself suffercating in the blocks beneath me.
Please fix this problem.
