Mobs are still moving around during peaceful mode

Whenever I made it peaceful, Ghasts still kept on existing. I tried to quit and come back. But now ghasts began to move around like all normal and stuff except they were not shooting fireballs at me. They were moving around making noises. There was on glitched out not moving.
