Custom Skin Fails to load

When trying to load my custom character I receive an error. This happens on any version of Bedrock edition that I try to load. Windows 10, Xbox One, & Minecraft Earth. This issue has also removed me of a customization item I had purchased with coins. That item being the Nether Coat.
