Error message when purchasing packs

When trying to purchase free packs/skins/worlds I'm getting error message "Sorry, we were unable to complete your purchase. Maybe check your internet connection?". Internet is fine obviously.  I've found similar issues but all closed as fixed for other versions/platforms.
