Game doesn't start and is stuck forever at the white loading screen in fullscreen

Hello Everyone!

So this bug is really big and will effect my game when I start it up. Whenever I do it appears that it is in fullscreen (aka widescreen). I feel like it is going to load up but It wouldn't load. Even if I wait hours and hours that wouldn't do anything. Please consider this issue, If yes I would appreciate it, Thanks!
