bug report Realm crashing evey 5 mins

Hello this is my bug report when me and my friends are trying to do stuff my realm keeps crashing and we arent even doing stuff like crazy stuff like normal smp but we cant now cuz this problem could i iver get some extra days on my realm or get a refund if its not able to fix
