Interesting structure

Me and a friend of mine have been playing Minecraft for a long time. Today, when we entered the game there was a interesting structure on the map. This structure wasn't there before. The more interesting part is that this structure only appears in me. So, my friend doesn't see this structure.

 

Besides, the sea beneath that structure covered ice. It wasn't.
