Day and night cycle broken/ unable to sleep

The day and night cycle shoots back a bit some times during dusk and dawn.

This makes it unable to sleep.

 

Ps: i tested it in a creative test world and it worked perfecly fine there. Don't know how that works in creative word but not in my survival.

Pps: this only couts for my main survival world and not for another survival world that i have
