Error starting an HCF Holy server

I want to enter an HCF Holy server and it does not enter me, the server is (play.vipermc.net) and it dials me (it was not possible to contact the world) therefore, the server does not locate me (I am premium)

 

On the other hand, I also have a problem every time I enter the game, I get a message that says (the character could not load)
