Capes are on the front of the skin

So I’m a true Minecraft fan I have 6 versions of Minecraft so since the 1.13 update came out I was exited to make my own skins but when I got on my iPad I tried on the cape and the cape was backwards instead of on the back of the skin it was on the front so I thought it was ok but then 1.13.1 (and 1.13.2 a iOS hot fix) passed by and I’m still having the same problem whatever you can do can you please fix this.
