World keeps crashing after 1.13.1

After the 1.13.1 update I’m unable to launch any of my worlds, my resource packs won’t show up either. When I try to launch a world the game crashes. And all the world files are a lot smaller than they use to be. My main world used to be 530mb but now it’s 140mb

creating new worlds work but the game also crashes before I can load them up
