I can’t play minecraft on Xbox one

When I try to open the game, minecraft can’t sync. My data with mojang server.  it take one hour sometimes or I can’t fixe it, depend, I have no issues with my other games on Xbox live. They Know about my issues, also I have to say that I have no error message, when I open the game he try to sync. The data and propose me every time to play outline.
