Minecraft keeps crashing

Please help I have no idea what to do.... My son who is autistic is extremely distressed due to Minecraft crashing his entire Xbox one on loading game. I have called Xbox who have talked me a number of things  and can not help. I have been trying to get in touch with you for weeks!!Unable to render embedded object: File (  Initially is was saying global resources failed to load although that error not coming up any more  it is still crashing help) not found.!!
