Problem whit app Ipad4

Good afternoon.
I have an Ipad 4, I bought the game Minecraft for my son, but when it upgraded to version 1.13.0 the application no longer opens. You have now upgraded to version 1.13.1, but the issue has not yet been resolved. Please help me.
